Local Certified Angus Beef® Now Available to California Chefs Through Harris Ranch Beef

(August 21, 2017, Selma, CA) — For the first time, chefs and restaurants on the West Coast can offer locally produced Certified Angus Beef®.  The brand is now proudly offered by Harris Ranch, a family-owned company with a 50-year history of farming and ranching in California’s fertile Central Valley.  Attendees of the Western Foodservice & Hospitality Expo in Los Angeles will be able to taste Certified Angus Beef from Harris Ranch at booth 1907 from August 27-29 at the Los Angeles Convention Center.
