Harris Ranch Frozen Ground Beef Patties are produced exclusively with ground beef that meets our exacting standards for quality, safety and wholesomeness. Each patty is individually quick-frozen to maintain the freshness, juiciness and flavor that is characteristic of our ground beef. These patties are available in the retail freezer case in two convenient sizes, 1/4 lb. and 1/3 lb. patties.

Harris Ranch now offers an extensive line of case-ready MAP ground beef patties and loaves in multiple lean points. MAP (Modified Atmosphere Packaging) is a practice that modifies the composition of the internal atmosphere of the package to improve and extend the self life. All lean material used in our grinds come directly from our own fabrication room. Our Quality Assurance team conducts microbiological Food Safety Testing on all raw materials before grinding under our strict ‘test and hold’ program.
